Hey Sassy Fam! You're going to fall in love with my vegan cauliflower taco bowls! And you don't even have to be vegan to love them!

It's weird, as of late I have been on a plant-based diet kick so don't be surprised if I end up flooding your inbox with meatless recipes. But don't be alarmed, I will continue to share my clean-eating meat dishes as well!

There's a lot of components in this recipe so I broke it down into parts for you! Pay attention to the multi-tasking tidbits because there are a few of them!

Enjoy, fam!

For this recipe, feel free to use any salsa you want! If you need a recipe, here is the link to my delicious roasted salsa. Feel free to make it ahead of time so you can break up your prep work: Step 2 - BROWN RICE Ingredients 1 cup brown rice 2 cups of water 1 tablespoon olive oil A pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt Method 1. If you have a rice cooker, place all of the ingredients in the rice cooker, press the button, and cook! 2. If you don't have a rice cooker, place all of the ingredients in a medium sauce pan with a tight fitting lid. Cook on medium-low for 30 minutes. Fluff with fork. Immediately after you place the rice on the stove/rice cooker, move onto the cauliflower!
