According to Thedietdoctor.com, "A ketogenic, or keto diet, is a very low-carb diet, which turns the body into a fat-burning machine. It has many potential benefits for weight loss, health, and performance."
If you're wondering what the keto diet is, it's basically a diet that one would go on if they hope to shed fat in a fairly fast way. When I originally created this recipe, I fused ingredients strictly based off what I thought would give it prime decadent flavor. After a couple more tries, I found that the recipe tastes just as good meeting it's recommended levels of ketosis; therefore this recipe may be a tad different than the recipe video on my Instagram account. Not to worry, it's creamy and delicious just the same! Enjoy!
