Brussels & Bacon!

Fam! Do you want to know why I LOVE my side dishes? They usually only require 1 pan, which pretty means less dishes to wash! YASSSSS!

If you're strapped for time, or you're tired, or you truly don't like doing a lot of cooking, then you MUST indulge in my recipes! They're easy to follow, efficient, low-maintenance, and they taste great! They're also uber healthy so it's a true win all-around, you know what I'm saying?

Ok, back to the recipe! If you like brussel sprouts, and you like bacon, then you're in for a real treat! This low-carb sassy side dish is perfect for those needing green vegetables, a little bit of fat, and a ton of flavor! Pretty much every person on this planet!

I offer this side dish as a snack for my meal prep clients and it's always a hit! They seriously love it! Trust me when I say you will too!

Without further ado... here yo go, Sassy fam!

TIME: 35 MINUTES

YIELDS: 4-6 SERVINGS

Ingredients

1 pound of brussel sprouts, ends (tiny stems) chopped off

1 package of (low-sugar) bacon, small dice 1 small yellow onion, small dice 5 garlic cloves, minced 1 teaspoon of Himalayan salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon monkfruit/real maple syrup 2 tablespoons olive oil Cooking spray 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 2. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray. Set aside. 2. Prepare all of the veggies as listed above. 3. Throw all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. 4. Place the contents of the bowl onto the sheet pan. 5. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes or until bacon is crispy! 6. Serve immediately!
